Connection Lost — Account Issue (Needs Profile Reset)

Hello,   I cannot connect to online features in Need for Speed Unbound. It always shows “CONNECTION LOST”.   I have already tried: - Fresh Windows install - New SSD - Cleared EA + Steam cache...

Following up — still unable to connect.
This is clearly an account-specific issue since another EA account works on the same PC/network.

Please escalate this to the support team for an Online Profile Reset / Persona Reset.
