Controller Issues

Hey there I'm have been trying some diffrent stuff to make my controller work on NFS Unbound x but idk don't know what to do the controller that I'm using is a PS5 I would like to know if there is a way make it work if out download a 3rd party software and I'm playning on Pc thought the EA app Please can someone help me with is problem.
