Controller on PC not working correctly (NFS Unbound)

How to contact the support regarding this issue? Seems like EA disabled reaching out to support agent... 

I have the same issue. It's only this game on the EA App that doesn't register the controller. Need for Speed Remastered works fine, and so does every other game.

Do you have another controller connected to your PC?

I have the same issue, and my workaround is to unplug all other controllers.

Any reply from the support regarding this issue I raised more than two weeks ago? Any information, any help? 

What you could do is check the controller manufacturer's website see if they have drivers or an app most stuff works out of the box but sometimes they don't.

Otherwise, you could try Controller remapping Program's Xpadder does it to some extent but I am not sure if it lets you remap the whole thing to make it work with a Game that doesn't work at all with it.

It's always * if some Game you want to play won't work with your chosen input device had that problem with multiple Racing Games that don't really support Wheels in the sense that force-feedback won't work at all in most so you are basically left with a wheel-shaped gamepad instead of the Racecar feel most use a Wheel for.

Is there any response from support regarding this issue that I posted almost three months ago? This issue is concerning, and help is appreciated.

I should have asked for a refund, since it's not playable at all 

same issue here and i find nothing on the internet. Only for steam player but i play it with xbox game pass
