Summarize your bug Corrupted car (VW Golf from Vol. 3 Customs Pack) is causing some minor annoyances. That said I am able to re-purchase a non corrupted car from the 'Modified' cars menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No specific causes I am aware of.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are missing panels from the car. You are not able to customise the body kit nor remove the car itself. If you have selected the car previously and re-enter into single-player mode, there is a black bar across where the car and player is supposed to appear.
What do you expect to see? A car with all its panels attached (unless removed on purpose lol).

This issue was resolved by reinstalling the game then deleting the corrupted car.
