Crown Victoria wrap bug

i was doing custom wrap for crown victoria and saw that
wrap on stock bumper is kinda buggy, game thinks its roof, and part of stickers is comes to bumper
so, comes other problem - i cant use stickers on a part of front bumper 

i think this problem fixes if i change bumper on any custom option, but i really like stock bumper of that car
