Doesn't work with Epic Games account

I bought early access through the Epic Games Store. When I click on install the game, I get redirected to my EA account, I go into it and install the game. After installing the game, I click launch ...

Just to add onto that, can you log out of the EA app, then restart your system. Now start epic and try launch again?

I've done all, nothing helps.
Also today I installed Origin and the game ran and I immediately got out. After I plugged the gamepad and wanted to log in and again began to crash, just like in EA.
I have already cleaned the caches everywhere but nothing helps.

    Ok, it's nothing with the controller then, DualSense is working perfectly across the board for this game on PC
    What message do you get when crashing?
