"EDIT BANNER" continues to show "NEW" despite there being no new banner items

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter Lakeshore Online, go to the "BANNER" section, enter "EDIT BANNER" and go through all the new banner items. After this, exit this menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? The section where it says "EDIT BANNER" should say "NEW" next to it, despite there being no new banner items.

I have attached a clip that showcases the bug occurring, as it always does. I'm looking to see if there is a workaround until the next update comes as I have tried various different workarounds, all to no avail.
