Entire need for speed unbound account reset
I was playing like usual when my game froze and crashed. When i restarted the game it reset my entire account. I had 90+ hours on the game that is all gone now please help.

Hi @Super-Prime1, Which platform are you playing on? After you restarted Unbound do you remember getting any error message or messages about your save?@EA_Illiumim on pc and it did say that i was offline when i restarted at first but when i tried to go back online it was like i just started nothing about my save though

do you know what folder it would be in
no i only have one game save its called 1 if that helps at all
I dont know why im not being responded to. I still need to know how to fix my nfs and understand why my game reset my campaign and multiplayer but not my speed pass level or my normal level.

Hey @Super-Prime1 Apologies for the delay,
You should be able to find your save file in Documents > Need For Speed Unbound > SaveGame
If you only have 1 save file in the game save folder, this could indicate either somehow the previous save was removed or it was corrupted.
Which would be why all of your progress is missing. We could try checking your Recycle Bin and Onedrive (if you use it) to see if we can locate an older version we could replace your current save with.
If not we would be unable to restore your previous game.
