Summarize your bug I can’t play need for speed unbound online. Every time I try to go into online I get an error message reading “failed to create lobby” “item system synchronization failed. Please contact customer support.” Error code 40010000 and error code FTJR2008

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to need for speed unbound online, be in the garage and try to exit from garage online
What happens when the bug occurs? not able to play online multiplayer and get an error message reading “failed to create lobby” “item system synchronization failed. Please contact customer support.” Error code 40010000 and error code FTJR2008
What do you expect to see? Can you please help me fix this error message and be able to play need for speed unbound online multiplayer again?
