Extracted Blacklist car doesn't appear in garage

Summarize your bug I extracted the Razor M3 GTR using a bike from a Lockup, and claimed the next truck. I got the notification of "OWNED" Razor's Custom M3 GTR, but it doesn't appear in my garage. I do not have near 200 cars, I do have the previous M3 through EA Play (which I've sold hoping it would then show the Razor Custom). What do I need to do?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Extract the rarest car in the game and don't get it
