extracted car does not appear in garage

I recently encountered an issue in Need for Speed Unbound that I would like to bring to your attention. During gameplay, I successfully acquired the extraction truck and attempted to extract by pressing the square button. However, the game crashed at that exact moment.

Upon reopening the game, I received a notification (this website doesn't allow me to upload the video) confirming that I had successfully acquired the car (Kaze's Mercedes), the one I was extracting. Despite this, the car does not appear in my garage, and the Blacklist contract for Kaze is still marked as incomplete.

Could you kindly assist with the following:

1. Fix the underlying issue to prevent it from affecting other players.
2. Restore the car that I successfully extracted during the crash and update the Kaze Blacklist contract to show it as completed.

I asked the same thing in a chat with EA Support, and they redirected me to the community. Seems like they don't have a proper support channel where I can post specifics about my case, so, I'm posting it here.
