Extremely Long Loading Times

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Boot into the game and load into a gamemode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game takes a very long time to load, sometimes being over fifteen minutes.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to boot in a relatively quick speed like it does on my laptop.

I have very extended load times from booting into the start screen to loading into either single player or multiplayer. Sometimes it takes over fifteen minutes to load. I've done everything from restarting the game, to validating the files, to reinstalling, and doing all the fixes on the forums, but nothing has worked so far. This only happens on my desktop, not on my laptop. Both of them run Need for Speed Heat and Need for Speed 2015 perfectly fine. This is also a new occurrence. Unbound used to run smoothly on everything.
