Not sure if this is the same for you, but for me, Volume 3 immediately created an issue with the FPS stuttering every few seconds, especially when the car strikes a destructible object. It is unplayable now.
@Jabberwocky79 yea the volume 3 update really broke the optimization. i get 60 fps but for some reason its in slow motion like its unplayable.
I don't think the FPS counter is accurate, because it's showing around 75 FPS for me, but when the stuttering happens, it only changes to around 55. But the stuttering is more like 10-20 FPS. Something is royally messed up.

- @Jabberwocky79 In normal FPS, the problem may not appear. Look at 1% and 0.1% FPS.
Because that's the problem I'm having. Normally my FPS is around 45 while my 1% FPS is around 10-20 so my game appears in slow motion. - @Jabberwocky79 Check the frametime's of the game and not only the FPS
