I don't think the FPS counter is accurate, because it's showing around 75 FPS for me, but when the stuttering happens, it only changes to around 55. But the stuttering is more like 10-20 FPS. Something is royally messed up.
@Jabberwocky79 In normal FPS, the problem may not appear. Look at 1% and 0.1% FPS.
Because that's the problem I'm having. Normally my FPS is around 45 while my 1% FPS is around 10-20 so my game appears in slow motion.
