Freeze Several Secs when you obtain new progress (gas stations,collectibles,etc)

I bought the basic version of the game on steam, completed the speed pass and decided to buy the ultimate UPGRADE. and these collecting lags began.

I try any advice, sell dlc cars not good idea. But if you play offline they fix "crash smash lag". Maybe "keys to the map" broke online sync idk. I have no more ideas how to fix this because it is related to online services.
