Game can't go online for sync fail, 40050000

It is not only happening on PC. Consoles are also getting affected by this rather annoying bug/glitch/error/whatever in both Heat and apparently Unbound... Offline play is totally fine, but you can't really play online because of the same error he's having.

Hi there. I moved your post into a separate thread as it appears to be a different problem. 

Please try these steps in order and let us know how that goes:

1. Try on a wired connection if if you use Wifi
2. Add game to exclusions list in your firewall and antivirus
3. Temporarily close any firewall/network-management apps and run the EA App as administrator
4. Check router firewall filtering and disabling ROG Game First or similar network-priority software (this helped some players with this error)
5. Clear the EA App cache and repair the game files.
6. Create a copy to back up the game save file in different location and then delete the existing save folder so the game can create a new one: Documents\Need for Speed Heat\SaveGame\savegame, then relaunch and use a new save to test connection.
