I am having a technical issue with the game and I hope someone could help me.
Whenever I play the game, it just randomly freezes and crashes without any error messages.
Yesterday I tried some fixes and I might have fixed it, but after playing for an hour I got a BSOD.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

BSOD can happen for many reasons. I listed below some steps that you can try in this case.
1. Restart your PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue.
2. Update your drivers: Outdated or corrupt drivers could be causing the BSOD.
3. Install Windows updates: Microsoft regularly releases updates to fix bugs and improve performance. Make sure your system is up-to-date.
4. Check for hardware issues: Sometimes, faulty hardware like RAM or hard drives can cause a BSOD. Tools like MemTest86 can help identify RAM issues.
5. Use Windows' built-in troubleshooters: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot and run the relevant troubleshooters.
6. In case of any further issues, you may also consider performing a System Restore

However, I know for a fact that the issue is the game and not my hardware.
No other game or program crashes my PC, everything is running smoothly.
Whenever I play NFS Unbound, the game either freezes and crashes every few hours or I get a BSOD.
To me it seems like there is a memory leak issue.
One of your representatives told me to uninstall EA anti-cheat to fix the issue, however, the problem is that NFS Unbound does not have or use an anti-cheat, so how would that help?
Please provide a valid solution for the issue as I can see several topics with this issue but no working solution.
Side note: Your live chat is not working, could you look into that as well?
