Game goes Unresponsive during Game Play

Summarize your bug: The Game suddenly goes unresponsive during gameplay. This has happened since I bought it which was after the release of Volume 5 update.
How often does the bug occur? Every time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game from EA App
What happens when the bug occurs? Game goes unresponsive. No matter if online, story mode or just main menu. After loading into the game and playing for about 3 minutes, my controls are no longer responsive and my game is still ongoing but unresponsive. No matter what key I press on the keyboard or button on the controller, the game is completely unresponsive and I am forced to Alt + F4 the game.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see these fixed. I have tried many solutions, such as repairing, restarting computer, uninstalling game, moving to different drive, but nothing has resolved it.

Also, when you have a moment can we try the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
