Game packs arnt showing up in game

So I purchased the volume 6 dynamic pack and I play through my Samsung tv and I cloud play my game through it and I noticed that everything I would’ve unlocked when the pack was bought is now all locked and I don’t understand why&nbsp;

Hello Nfgoblivion,Check that you are using the account in which you got the packs. After that, if you are still missing the items you should talk to EA support.EA Help
