Game stuck in loading screen after car customization bug

Summarize your bug There are a bug on car customization which removed most of the car part (check on attached file), later on when player relaunch the game then load to single player it will just stuck on loading screen.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can't find a step to reproduce the bug as it happen randomly to me and several people report this too. But best I can say is just try to customize a car (In my case this happen when I try to edit Lotus Exige S that I got from race reward).
What happens when the bug occurs? When player load to single player it will just stuck on loading screen.
What do you expect to see? Car customization should not have a bug like this which later on lock player out from playing the game, this is severe and should be putted on high priority.
Please take a look into this and put it on high priority, when people can't play the game it will just ruin the experience it self. On my case I had to delete my save and restart my progress.
