Game stutters and savegame gives error 6

Game unplayable after newest patch dropped for game on steam. My current hardware as follows.

5700X
32GB ram
2TB samsung 990 pro
4060ti

before the update atleast i could get into game and was quite fine 50-80 FPS - after update got some odd stutters, now game is black screen after like 1 minute into loading into game.

I followed the guides in here to clear some cache folder etc, after clearing cache and reinstalling and repairing the game 2 - times now i can get into game got some savegame error 6 - and the game still throws this odd black stutter etc.

I dont know hot to resolve the issue with the stutter nor how to reset anymore the savegame.
Game was bought over steam.
