Game will not launch no matter what

I am beyond frustrated. I paid for the Speed Pass and the last update broke the game to the point where it just won't launch.

I've tried
reinstalling both the game and the EA app
setting both the EA app and Steam to offline
turning off firewalls
repairing the EA app
clearing the EA app cache
running the EA app as admin.

Nothing works. Does anyone else have any more ideas? I've done more than what should be considered reasonable to get the game to work. I paid for something I can't even progress now.
