Game Won't Load

You've said that you tried every solution, but I am wondering if you tried what made the game load for me which was to add it to the exclusions from Microsoft Defender antivirus scans?

SAME ISSUES DONE ALL STILL LOOP BACK TO EA LAUCHER 

Yes thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately I have already tried this. I've added the entire excalibur folder and the actual game .exe files to the exclusions list. Still does not open.

Hello. I bought the game in the ultimate edition from epic games and I have already tried all the possible variations to be able to start the game but it just keeps popping up the EA app and nothing happens, not even opening the game. I would be interested in the game but if it doesn't start then why?

Hello. I found a solution to the problem that the EA app won't open the game. Install it from the EA app. It's important that you install it in the EA games folder that the app created, so you can move it between drives. I hope I helped.

How does one do that if it was purchased on a different platform? I bought it on steam so the EA wont let me download it directly from the EA app.

So I bought the Xbox gamepass because it comes with EA Play. I was hoping being able to download it directly from the EA app would fix the issue. It didn't.🙃
