Garage music not working

Summarize your bug I'm trying to play the game wearing headphones. The game's music EQ is set on Headphones (binaural) option. I can't hear the garage music in this EQ. I have to select 7.1 surround in order to hear the sound. But it's not optimised for headphones.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. connect earphones via bluetooth and start the game. 2. Select option which corresponds to the earphone (headphone binaural). 3. Go to garage. No music.
What happens when the bug occurs? No music
What do you expect to see? I expect to hear music on ALL AUDIO EQ OPTIONS.

The game's EQ seems messed up after the update. I reported on this problem before as well but I thought I'm having an issue isolated to me.

The game's EQ is not correct. Please fix this.

On top of that, while wearing earphones - the game selects 7.1 surround in the auto option?

I can hear the garage music then BUT THE OPEN WORLD SOUND GETS MESSED UP.
