Hood Livery Changes Color

Summarize your bug Livery Issue on hoods when I try to make them matte black
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put a black square on the hood and it should do it, I don't know if it does it unless you do matte, haven't tried.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Skyline R34 is yellow but I have the front end matte black. But when I change cars or leave the garage the hood changes to an ugly yellow. Also have a black hood on my Baracuda that changes color.
What do you expect to see? A black hood on my cars.
