Additonal performace upgrade is running your GPU in MSI Mode. Download MSI Util from the link: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/windows-line-based-vs-message-signaled-based-interrupts-msi-tool.378044/
Run it as administrator and check the MSI check box behind your graphics card and set the priority to high. Close the program and for good measure restart your PC.
