I have the same issue. Before the last 2 updates I was playing on 80-100 fps. After Vol.7 I can barely reach 13fps. I even tried playing at 4 resolutions down and that didn't affect FPS in anyway. My CPU is fried when playing the game now. Can you guys fix this please it seems it's already been a month. The game is literally unplayable for me and I enjoy all the games from Underground 1 till now. Just .... IDK, patch down. Revert or smth. Just please fix this. Whatever tie is jabbering nonsense in the office and is making this difficult needs a new hobby. Or a hug. Or a PC. This game was awesome for me and now I can't even enjoy it because it's creators infected it with ADHD. Please. Fix the game. I'll send you flowers and rub your feet, just fix the damn game. Please.

Is it possible to post a picture like the one I posted above? You can do it with Rivatuner. Or run hwmonitor, then enter the game and play for 5-10 minutes, then check the highest temperature of the cpu on hwmonitor.
If you are playing on a laptop, the processor speed may be throttling due to hot weather. Because if the fps does not increase even though you change the resolution, it means there is too much CPU bottleneck.It's a fact that the game optimization was broken after Vol 5. It was fixed with 7.1.0, but it was never like in vol 5. I hope Vol 8 won't be worse.
