I can't play online [Steam] [PC]

Summarize your bug I haven't played the game for like 6 months, bought it via Steam, then I gave it try, wanted to play online with the save file I had and after I tried to log in, the game started syncing with EA and then it threw a message saying that the game was unable to connect. Fun fact: If I try to get online on a new save file, I can connect instantly. I don't want to play the whole game again just for play it online

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try go online in game
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't go online in game
What do you expect to see? Go online with my own save file without trying play the whole game again

This is what I've tried so far:

- Connect to a different network: Didn't work

- Change DNS: Didn't work

- Reinstall the game: Didn't work

- Reset network settings: Didn't work

- Reinstall EA App: Didn't work

- Delete my save file and start a new game: It worked but I don't want to play the whole game again

- Delete my save file, start a new game, save some progress, then delete that save file and replace it with my old save file: Didn't work.

- Sign in to EA by using my Steam Account: Didn't work

- Try using the Origin App: Didn't work.
