Impound Cars Not Saving/Unlocking after Extraction.

In my last game of lockdown I was able to grab a bike and get the first lock up where I found Izzy's custom Nissan GT-R Premium. The extraction was successful but the car didn't unlock. I did however...

After selling all cars but 5 in single player I haven't had an issue with extracting cars. However, the issue with the Rap sheet reward cars. I got 3 million rap and haven't gotten either of the reward cars. I'll attach screenshots of me just having the cars I got from Single Player unlocked in MP.
