I have problem with my Need For Speed unbound when i try to launch it shows only black window and crashes few seconds after please help

Hi there!
Recently I downloaded Need for Speed Unbound from Steam. Whenever I launch the game from Steam it opens the EA app and then gives an error that it was not able to retrieve information due to some firewall or antivirus. I have disabled all securities and firewall options but it is still showing the same issue. I have also launched the EA app as administrator but still nothing worked.
I have also attached the error message EA app is showing.
Kindly help me in this regard!
