If you are still seeing issues launching EA app or NFS Unbound due to something being blocked try the following steps and check if the error continues to pop up.
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Try running EA App and NFS Unbound as admin
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
I found out the problem was on Anti-LAg on amd driver 24.6.1. Try disabling on adrenalin amd/games, nfs unbound - anti-lag Off, If you have amd gpu.
