Lag and Crash

 Hi. I have a lot of lag and getting stuck in the game when I go online with my own account..but when I go offline, there is no lag..I also tested with another account and I had no problems. Only my account has a problem.   

I've had this problem since I updated to Volume 9. 

I'm on Xbox.
