Level disappears midrace, map and racing track load issue

Summarize your bug Level randomly disappears during the race, as if it didn't have time to load part of the map and racing track, music stops and you race at the middle of nowhere for some time, then everything appears back to normal. Does anyone has that issue, how can it be fixed?
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Appears randomly during races (both online and story mode), less often in free roam
What happens when the bug occurs? Race continues, but all props disappear, only the road and players are left, bridges disappears too. Minimap goes blank, music stops.
What do you expect to see? Normal race with all props, bridges, houses, trees, lights, not just only the road.
