Having also experiencing the same issue.. I waited for around 30mins-1hr with no linkups appearing on the map.. Then I tried to change servers in the game.. the same issue happen

update: it do sometimes appear. I don't know how. but most of the time even if you transfer servers.. nothing happens

no boosted. no linkups.
