lost game progress

Hello, I have lost game progress in NFS Unbound. Have no idea what happened.  Upon loading the game today, it seems I lost a lot pf progress with all banners and other items are need to be replayed....

You can try with EA support, but I highly doubt that they will be able to assist you on the issue.

Yeah. Seems also their chat support sucks as well. You even could not find the talk to assistant button

      it does not do anything. tried it before.. no chat button to the technical team

      update... somewho the button magically apparead and did talked to an advisor. thank for the help.. hope my previous game state reverts back
