Lost saved data need for speed xbox

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug I had an issue saying file wasn't able to save then all of the sudden I lost everything and it wants me to start over. I want to recover my account cause I had everything unlocked and my cars and paints. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at why my file corrupted and made me restart. Please fix this
What happens when the bug occurs? You will loose everything
What do you expect to see? I want my game fixed and my save file or refund me every penny I have put into this game.

    Hi there, @HonoredAuto7523 

    Apologies for the late response. Try deleting the personal saved data for Need for Speed Unbound. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    • Press the Guide button and then highlight the [TITLE] tile.
    • Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
    • Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

    After that is done, hard restart your console and log in to the game. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    My gamertag is OGTRUWING and i recently lost all my car money and saved data because my file was corrupted. I sent a lot of time playing that game I would like to have everything back

    Hello, I am a xbox player of nfs 22. March 38th, when I log in, the game save is damaged. I click "Overwrite", the result is that the game save is lost, my car and car painting I made are not available, request to repair my save. I love nfs22 very much. In the game, I created a lot of car paint. I uploaded them to the community and shared them with more players. But now, it's all damaged. I'm very sad that my work has been destroyed.     I having the same problem on Xbox and just lost all my stuff. I’ve played since launch and I love the need for speed series with a passion. If there is anything that could be done to help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Everyone, 

    I just wanted to give this thread and update and share some information. 

    The save data for NFS Unbound is held locally to your device. If you get an error message about your session not being able to save, or becoming corrupted it possible you won't have progress from your current session or may need to start a new game. 

    Some platforms like Xbox also have cloud features to back up games, if you are prompted by xbox to use/download a cloud save and it replaced your local save with an empty cloud version (one where you have no progress), then you would be starting over as well. 

    We would not have an additional method in such case to restore your save.
