Missing Car Parts

Hi. I have recently encountered a bug which is quite annoying. It started when I wanted to upgrade one of the Vol 07 cars, specifically the basic Mustang GT you receive. At first parts of the body started to disappear but changing them for other ones would fix it. I have then upgrade the performance and thought the job was done. This however was not the case as I soon as I went out of the performance upgrade menu, parts of my car disappeared (I can't send the screenshot of iot as it's too large). Now when I click on the performance menu to upgrade something it shows all the parts as tyres, without option to click on them. The cars ranking has also gone back down to it's stock setting. I am also unable to change body kit or edit it, as it crashed the game when I try. I've looked on the internet and none of the methods worked. These were: veryfing all files, re-installing the game, removing some vehicles from the garage and also removing the wrap on the car. I'm at a loss here and I hope someone can help me out
