Missing DLCs and won't save when customizing cars. It just spins

Anyone have an issue playing on Xbox Cloud gaming where all DLCs are missing and will not save when trying to customizing cars, instead it just spins and spins

EA, since you guys refuse to actually fix it, just refund me for the game and DLCs and I will buy CarX street instead. I love this game but if you can't stand behind your game and I can't use what I paid for, then I will gladly try the competition. They might actually care that I am having issues.  I shouldn't have to post on a forum and hope others upvote it to fix my issues
