Missing Mclaren F1

I bought and have played NFS Heat when it came out and I did not receive the car. Any reason why or help?

Please help my son he is unhappy!!! He used his birthday money and said you could use the McLaren f1 car on the new NFS unbound game but he hasn't got it, he is on week 2 now and still nothing!!!
