Missing Stars and Rewards from Activities (Unbound)

    Hi @AdR090290 @PinkChanka 

    I wanted to confirm if this is still happening, after the most recent patches.

    If so, please let us know the following:

     

    • Platform:
    • PSN ID/Gamertag:
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Dear EA support,

this is still happening. Attached you can view a speed trap being completed, but missing stars (the very last three missing for me, thus annoying), as well as a speed run which is shown as completed, but only at 3/6 stars. Doing them again doesn't have any effect.

Platform: PC - Steam

Gamertag: Myrsan

No error message

LAN via Devolo Powerline

Steps: looked for activities with missing stars, accomplished the required speed again (different directions if possible), without any effect.

DxDiag.txt and screenshots attached.
