Missing/Unable to claim EA Play vehicles

13.04.2023 problem was solved. The car was added in my garage after game & console restart.

i just finished unbound career mode and i just started multiplayer and there no m3 gtr and no 150k bounous i have ea play so i am quifyed for it any ideas?

Cmon EA! This is the second time already?

i didn't received the BMW GTR Most Wanted and now I didn't received the Skyline GTR from EA PLAY Membership again!!!!! 

I want my two cars or my money back from both ea play membership purchases

I’m missing the m3 gtr s+ class and the ea play skyline s+ class they’ve been missing the last two days and I haven’t sold them as they are my main two cars on unbound online anyone else having this issue or similar on Xbox series x ?

Same issue on PC.
Lost my M3 GTR in the garage.

New cars cannot be claimed as well. Like the Delorean or Skyline.
NFS Unbound Palace Edition (Steam) and EA Play (Game Pass). 

i have ea play but i still cant claim the new gtr reward
it says reward in garage but my garage has only 1 car which i got in the begining
game- nfs unbound
