Summarize your bug Every time I try a HP playlist my cop car is in slow motion.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have found it to correlate with lower end graphics systems. For example I am playing on an ROG Ally X which only has integrated graphics.
What happens when the bug occurs? It was happening to me all of the time until I turned off RSR , fluid motion frames, and turned my system down to 720p and low everything except for ultra lighting and ultra geometry. Then I turned on FSR2 to balanced just so the game would look ok. I can now play the game normally everywhere else except in a Hot Pursuit playlist, only as a cop though. I can play as a racer just fine in the same event, once it switches to cops everything goes slow and uncontrollable.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to race as a cop as fast as the other players not experiencing this issue.
