Naked character, car body parts not visible, missing money. PS5

My character is naked. Every time I try to put something on him it goes back to being naked.  Body kit missing off one of my cars.  Almost a million dollars missing if not a million or more.  ...

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game and my character is able to wear clothes now. Some of my cars are still missing parts though.

    I read don't Uninstall for that will not help anything
