Need for Speed Payback - EA Servers connectivity issues (Playstation 5)

Hi, in the last few days I have tried to connect to the online features, several times a day but to no success. I always get the error: "ATTENTION you need to sign in to your ea account to access the online features of this game ..... ". It's worth mentioning that I own several EA games and I have tested them with no issues. 

I tried everything possible, changed the password, changed DNS manually, restored licenses, restarted the console, everything.

I wanted to open a ticket/incident/case with EA but it's impossible to find where to do it. This whole situation is very frustrating.
