Need for speed unboun doesn't launch

After every fxking update I can't join game.There is no any error,just game "Starting...Prepare to game...Nothing".Why developers can't fix this?
Before this post its was fixed by me sometimes > I think this is EAPlay lauchner bug,because after full removing it,and installing back its worked again until next update =)
But now I dont know,maybe I dont removed all launcher files,maybe something else happened so I can't join game
Maybe you guys(EA workers) will try fix your launcher or just add "Full remove" button in your app
