Need for Speed Unbound - Not getting EA-Play rewards

Hello,

Ekta from the EA-Help-Team asked me to post my problem here in the forums.

About one month ago i payed for a one year EA-Play subscription to get the special rewards connected to it in Need for Speed Unbound.

But to this day those haven't been unlocked for me. After alot of back and forth with the ticket system i was asked to now post it here in the forums.

I really hope we can resolve this issue.

    Hi @pSyLomaaa, To confirm you have EA play via the EA App, but launch NFS through Steam?

    If so, can you try download and launch NFS via the EA app and checking if your rewards appear?

    Hello Illium,

    sorry for the late response.

    I am on PC and playing via Steam (which opens the EA app in the background).

    I think I purchased the 1 year abo via EA app, but am not entirely sure about it anymore.

    Same problem here, I just subscribed to EA play, but getting no rewards. Been subscribed to Ea Play before and had the M3 GTR, but its still gone.

    Hello Illium,

    yes I bought the subscription via EA App.

    Yes I launch the game through Steam (which opens the EA App in the background).

    Right now I am downloading it with the EA App, will keep you updated.

    - Uninstalling in Steam

    - Installing via EA App

    - Starting via EA App

    -> Rewards are there

    I have the same issue but my game is from epic games

    tried to launch it from the ea app but it didnt work
