Me too the game was fine yesterday. But today I too had the loading bar stretched across the screen. And I missing quite a bit of speed pass unlocks aswell as micro transactions (paid for download) cars, clothing, vehicle accessories such as rims, horns, projection, tire smoke and ect. When I try to load in to free roam i get booted immediately with attention. You inventory could not load please, try again error code F03 and the previous workaround of turning the internet off and on no longer works for atleast ps5 not sure about xbox
