Need for speed unbound problem crash
Need for speed unbound problem is that after loading the game it wants to go into the storyline and immediately the game freezes and crashes to the desktop

Which platform are you playing on? Have you tried any particular troubleshooting steps so far?
It sounds like you're on PC, so if that's the case and you can attach your DxDiag file that will give us a bit more information about your system to see what may be causing this, thanks!

- @Nieznajomy77 Delete the two files with DX12 in their name in the following locations:
...\Need for Speed Unbound\shadercache (where you installed the game)
...\Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\cache
You might need to delete the new dx12 cache file in documents everytime you want to launch the game.
For some reason the generic dx12 cache file interferes with loading the game (story mode etc.) properly for many people.

I had no idea this remade this file everytime I launched the game, god I hope this works. The game was working for a good 30 minutes when I deleted both files but started crashing yet again, thank you.
My Game is also failing to start when i want to start the story but i deleted every dx 12 file and tried everything the ea customer service said but it does not work it fails to load the story game every time at the same point.
