"NEW" banner won't go away

Can you try closing the game and relaunching to check if the banner stays?

Absolutely tried that. One is now present for style now that I've progressed the speed pass and it's not from something I've unlocked there. I checked all the decals, stickers, clothing, underflow, tags and samples. Every single option has been checked and the game has been closed and relaunched a few times.
