New purchase NFS Unbound will not launch

I am here as EA support refuses to refund the game.  Below are the steps I have taken trying to get the game to work:

First off I have had EA and the app a  long time and have other games on it that run just fine.

NFS Unbound is a new purchase.  It downloaded and advised ready to launch.  Hit play/launch and it launch graphic starts and after some time just returns to the app.  No errors listed.

I cleared cache.  Repaired App, repaired game, reinstalled app, reinstalled game.

I ran system check, no errors.  I ran and submitted dxdiag, no issues noted.

I do not see any firewall block, anti-virus block.

Suggestions?
